Since the rules don't expressly say otherwise, they could all be on at once. But that's going to be a lot of overlapping imagery trying to show you different things. And there is a precedent in the book for penalties when you have too much sensory data (using AR or Astral Perception). So the GM could give you a -2 for how distracted the view makes you.
An easier solution would be to use the Change Device Mode rules. If you're using DNI and the device has wireless enabled, then it's a Free Action to change modes. If you're not using DNI, or the device has wireless disabled, then it's a Simple Action to change. Which means you could mentally toggle through your vision mods,
or you may need to press a button.
