Huh, a Swarm of one? That seems... borderline, but technically nothing seems to say there have to be more than one drone in a swarm.

I have Rigger 5.0... all it states is it uses the highest Pilot rating... I don't see a Pilot 6 anywhere in this.

"Each swarm acts as a single drone with multiple, separate “bodies.” Its Pilot rating is equal to the highest Pilot rating of its member drones, or the Device Rating of the RCC, whichever is higher."

Whilst I have yet to get Rigger 5.0 have to say that by the quote from the book above a swarm requires more than 1 drone. "Each swarm acts as a single drone with multiple, separate "bodies"  - my emphasis. By that definition I would not allow a swarm of 1 drone so it's pilot rating would only be 3 as ScytheKnight points out.
