Any PBPs recruiting?

Starting to think there should be a sticky or even sub forum for this... but for now, are there any 5E PBPs that are actively recruiting ATM?

Would kinda prefer something a bit lower powered and story driven than uber-insanity.

I wouldn't mind uber-insanity, depending on the definition. I'd also like street scum plus street level, though lethal (no punches pulled) with more focus on the gang(s) than each individual character.
