I meant deliveries in addition to his moving around. Also because he sometimes deals in the corridor and the corp zone. Ford Americar with smuggling compartment.

I don't think Rok is allowed to drive, legally or by his team.  He tends to crank the music up too loud, and it's hard to drive while headbanging.  Most of his crew has a few scars from the last time they put him behind a wheel.
