cool, well we know that brute force is just gonna paste the passenger so social stuff i think should be plan A with a solid decking/technomancing plan B to fall back on.
other question is do we want to find out who this passenger actually is or are we happy to find out we've released some horrific mass murdering rapist back into society once we get paid? :-)

Well, I kinda look at this way.. If he is a murder rapist, the fact they paid us 50k already to get him out means that he's got some extremely important friends with lots of money and power. Failing the job, or refusing to do it on moral standing will probably make us less stable on the mortal standing.
Concepts are great, but implementation sucks. Why not improve it?

Haha, true! to be honest, even completing the mission well might see us become the targets. tieing up loose ends and all that, especially if the media get hold of it

Good point, we should try to get some leverage against our employers too to prevent stuff like that from happening.

Good thinking, everybody!) And Csjarrat, please stop reading my notes ;D

Sadly, Triskavanski didn't hit the search Threshold. There are certainly other ways to get that information though. Or you can try again at -2.

The gas delivery system is external for your purposes.

And thanks for moving the planning to the IC thread: that is a nice read.

Yeah, I figured as much, unless I could use an edge on that roll. I dunno if that works for sprites though.

But we'll do it another way, I'll do the test myself and push the limit.

Pool of 9 + 5 edge + 2 for hotsim VR -2 for retry.

Considerably better.

There you go, in the IC thread. As with the chip, you can ask additional questions about them =)

so its likely we are not getting our target if this guy is in the defense rig. Its possible we could shake somethings up, especially if we could get our own rigger in there. Or something.

There certainly are ways to bypass that obstacle, even persuasion and intimidation are not out of the picture, it's just that they won't be a cakewalk. After all, corporate human resources know whom to assign on such duties.

Or you can kill him :-P If violence doesn't solve your problems, you are not applying enough violence :-)))

Idea: Rolen is a pretty decent mechanic/explosives defuser. We get Kachina to persuade the guys in charge that Rolen is coming for a "Checkup" on the vehicle. Heck, she could tell them its a government service and provided for free. Either way, Rolen can just nonchalantly saunter in and go to work on the vehicle. Disarming the explosives, maybe planting some RFID tags. Carbonel can figure out where the vehicle is coming from, yes? Rolen could even plant explosives into the other vehicles, perhaps in vulnerable parts of the engine block. It would be an awful shame if the pursuers had no working vehicles to pursue us in.

I have no idea where it originally comes from, tbh. Do you know?

Please tell me you are posting IC any time soon =))

@obidancer,

Who do you want to contact exactly? And what would be your questions? (Also, are you willing to offer some nuyen for the info?)

@Triskavanski
That's enough to find the cameras along the road.
Creating a simulation would be an extended action... I'm not sure Editor CF will suffice. Although I can allow you to use it as a teamwork test for the regular Logic + Software test, so that the CF at least helps you.

Kachina's Talismonger. She will meet her and spend a lot of money to purchase the material necessary for a Magical Lodge F6. She will add 'a good tip' to see if anyone has info or heard about the PCC Shaman who will work for the transport security. Mostly looking for a name/identity and possible whereabouts or being directed to someone who may know.
