     KCM, Knight Classic Movies, just released a remastered version on all 11 of the old Tron Films, completely upgraded to full trid compatibility.  THe disks come from those films.  A lot of these kids never saw the films, and since there's some evidence that points to them being the inspiration for the early design of the Matrix, it's gained a serious resurgence in popularity.  If you've never seen them, do yourself a favor and do so.  Just remember, they're old.  Really, really old.  So don't expect the best special effects.  Remastering can only do so much for these old flatscreen films (Even though films 2 and up were filmed in what was laughably called 3D back in the day). 
     Dad got me the collectors set for Christmas.  I've been watching them for the last three days.  Wheeee!]<<<<<
