Clem couldn't risk any of the crazed fans turn and head for the armours, so she stood close by the entrance and made sure nobody would get in, covering her face as best she could with her clothes as to minimize the effects of the gas grenade. She took the pair of metal restraints she had and tossed them to Torley. "Can you put those on him, we need to ask him some questions later on" said the ork woman, pointing at the attacker she had knocked out earlier.

Sam caught the restraints, and as he trussed up the goon with the mohawk, he looked to the three stuntmen. "Alright, men, my name's Torley. Looks like we've got a breather. Any of you know where the rest of your team are?"

Sammy is able to determine that the mage apparently escaped with his buddies back down the elevator, the sustained spell on the fans dissipates shortly after this.  The security forces also arrive quickly.  You will learn later that they had been ordered to positions on the observation level below and hadn't realized that no one had been assigned to the restaurant level before the attack, one of a several security misdirections and breaches that had occured.  Knight Errant is also in route thanks to the panic button alert.

Minnie the troll will help Pandora off the window and ask Sammy to keep the spell going until she can get her to her dressing room.  Sammy will also determine that the spirit  had departed after completing it's stolen services to attack O'Connor.

With the effects of the spell released the fans are left confused and somewhat horrified at their actions, and between the crew and the arriving security they are taken into custody and corralled at the far end of the set for KE to deal with when they arrive.  Their number includes an openly weeping teenager, bawling miserably into a double handful of blond hair that she clutches to her face.

In the stuntman's area, the missing actors are found, and as the gas dissipates the other defeated attacker is secured, and O'Conner is also taken from the floor and relocated to a couch.  (OOC: Necrogigas can roll recovery )

As soon as Pandora was with Minnie in the dressing room, Sammy went to O'Conner.  She didn't always agree with his psychopathic ways, but he was still a team member and you helped your team members.  She started chanting again and quickly blue light came out of her hands, closing his wounds.  She knew she couldn't do everything, but it would at least be a start.  The spirit normally only did choking damage, but too much of that can still kill you.

Clem put her weapons away once she was satisfied there were no more threats. She helped move O'Connor to the couch and took a breather to try and get her wits back. At the mention of KE being on their way, she said "My papers aren't sorted out on my weapons. With someone as high profile as Pandora being viciously attacked, KE will be under tremendous pressure to find culprits. What easier targets than degenerates like us?" while pointing with her chin at O'Connor.

"you were part of our crew and we'll vouch for you, don't worry," Sammy said, "Besides, they will probably be very busy with Pandora, me and some other more well known staff members to have much interest in you."

After a celebratory high-five with his impromptu army--and a promise of a round of drinks later--Sam headed over to where the rest of the group was talking. "Well, that was interesting. The armor's still safe, so we're still on track for our payday. Any bets on whether I can talk these rent-a-cops into giving us a bonus for doing their job and saving the star, as well as their asses?" he grinned.

"That is your domain, omae" answered Clem to Torley's question. She tried not to show she had been shaken up by the fight, but anyone close to Clem could see she was trying to recover from the encounter, sitting down on the floor next to the couch where O'Connor was lying.

Fionn comes into the armor area, escorting a blond elf (Richard Fermin), and three armed security types.  Two are from KE and one from set security, the police types take statements and the set guy apologizing for his crew's late response.

Fermin does his best to hang back and waves off any attempts to engage him.  He is still a bit disheveled from the scuffle with the fans, but he apparently wanting to hear what the runners are telling the authorities and make his own assessment.

Fionn is the first to explain his part, letting the officiers know about the communications inference as well the electronic tampering and crafted security holes that he had observed in his efforts.  He seemed unusually distracted though and as soon as he finished his statement he stepped back and took on the look of somebody who had somewhere else to be.

(OOC: You guys need to make statements.  It may seem unusual for some of you (re: O'Connor) but these folks don't seem at all adversarial, it takes you a second to realize why.  The uniforms have them fooled into believing you are actually respectable rent-a-cops.)

When Knight Errand came to get a statement from Clem, she stayed as voluble as she usually was, which was to say her statement consisted of a few sentences. She had decided not to tell them about why she was really on the premises, so she simply said "A mob of crazed fans entered the building and attacked Pandora. I was trying to make my way through the sea of people to get to her but didn't see what actually happened on that side of the room. By the time I got to the room Pandora was nowhere to be seen and the mob was dispersing, so I decided to help the wounded."

O'Connor woke up abruptly, jolting up into a sitting position. He took in the room, somewhat frantically, disorientation clearly evident on his face. The moment he registered KE officers, he twitched his wrist, the first movement to slide a pistol into his hand. He aborted his action though once he realized that the officers didn't have weapons drawn, or seem to be placing them under arrest. One of the officers approached him and asked to take a statement, politely even. O'Connor was very weirded out by the unnaturalness of it. He kept his statement brief, so as to be rid of the friendly cop as soon as possible, "I was guarding this area when a bunch of crazed fans came spilling in, followed by two armed men. I told them to stand down, they didn't. Fight broke out, during which I was...I was...um, I'm not actually sure what happened." He turned to the member of his team, "Care to fill me in?"

Sammy made sure that the armours were back in their crates before KE arrived.  While realistic looking props were not uncommon, these looked like the real deal and it only took one officer who had worked with the red samurai to get more questions than she was prepared to answer.
"We were guarding some stuff here when a group of mind controlled fans came storming in, trying to assault pandora," she said in her statement, "we managed to take out one of them, but the others got away."
She gave a description of the mage and also a summary of what she thought happened to the people.  Not that she knew much, but it might give the magical research division of KE a place to start.  Mages who could pull that kind of shit were not all that common, that much she knew.

Sam was enjoying himself. He'd gone toe-to-toe with a better-equipped goon and escaped unscathed (unlike O'Connor and Clem), he'd started making friends with the stuntmen, the armor they were supposed to protect was fine, and now he was getting to play a role for the cops as well. And amazingly enough, he had a legitimate reason for being where he was and doing what he'd been doing; it was almost too easy. He told the Knights about the mob and what he'd seen, subtly shading it so he and his team played a lesser role, and highlighting the bravery of the stuntmen.

One of the stuntmen taps O'Connor, "Yo Chummer, it was that red misty stuff your wizzy pal over there set up," the guy nodded towards Sammy, "after it spooked that fangirl it kinda froze for a sec then it reached out and kinda wrapped you up in it and choked you out, quick like.  Then it just dropped you and faded out, fraggin crazy brah."

Once the Knights got everyone's statement, they conferred  at the door with the security super.  It looked for a few seconds like they were going to want to go back over the fight again when  the blond elf finally reinserts himself into the situation.

"Gentlemen, I think it's time you get the troublemakers off the set and let us get back to making movie magic.  I am sure Big Ben is fretting about losing the light." he says smoothly as he escorts them from the area, clearly expecting his instructions to be followed.

He has a quiet word for Fionn, and then leaves the group alone with the stuntmen again.

The Irish elf is still got something bothering him, but he turns to the group, "Once the Knights are gone, Pandora wants a word, I guess a thank you or bonus maybe."

O'Connor nodded to the stuntman, "Yeah, no kiddin'. He then turned to Sammy, waiting for an explanation. Since she was a teammate, he decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Yeah, he knew he never gave Red that, but then again, Red couldn't throw fireballs or summon spirits that could curbstomp him.
