I have attached a single page PDF I used to calculate making my character for GenCon.  Since this is the first season I will attend, and the first time playing outside my group, I wanted to make sure I did not miss anything or more appropriate, do something wrong and unintentionally cheat. 

I used Excel calculations to do most of the math (so it does not show) but if someone sees something wonky, please let me know.

Not that I'm in any way qualified, but it all looks to add up to me.

Only question I have is whether Prejudice HMHVV would pass muster as a negative quality. If I've got my acronyms right that's the human / metahuman vampiric virus right? Which would mean Ghouls and Vamps and Wendigos? It seems to me you're unlikely to meet many of those in Missions (except for shooting them occasionally?) so it might be a bit of an empty 5 points to gain.

Maybe have a back up 5 point negative quality planned just incase your GM isn't happy.

Anything is possible.  there were ghousl and vamps in Season 4.  I'd say that posses muster.

Prejudice Metahumans isn't banned.  But be very careful not to step too heavily on the Wheaton rule.  Low Level prejudice for various races can work pretty well.  You're one of those "Look, some of my est friends are orks, and they're good people, but you know how the rest of them are." type of casual racists. 

But if you take the "Shoot Elves On Sight" level, well...  that's going to cause problems at the table, and that starts veering into "Don't be A Dick" territory, and we don't want that
