-Peoria, Illinois. Sommer District-
The streets buzz with traffic, though smaller levels than megaplexes like Seattle. The skies are also much quieter in comparison, but delivery and security drones still flit back and forth. Much of both bear markings of various corporations - Ares, Neonet and Saeder-Krupp are some of the most common. A bus pulls into the street ahead of Chikage, broadcasting gaudy AR advertisements for Wuxing's latest commlink accessories. The civilians, like Chikage, seem to be sticking to the speed limit and road-legal maneuvers, though a number are clearly letting the car's autopilot drive for them.
After turning into Robinwood District, more civilian vehicles are mixed into the street. After proceeding farther south in the district, she notices the occasional AR advertisement vandalism. Whether done by script kiddies or real hackers with time on their hands isn't clear, but one of the fraction-of-a-second flickers marks the display as territory for the Red Glen. Vehicle and foot traffic in the area doesn't look any different than the previous district, or other places. As Chikage proceeds into Arcadia District, none of the people seem to be wearing obvious uniforms except for the corp security serving as the police.
After entering Arcadia, the sightings of Knights Errant and Minuteman Security halt and all of the police vehicles look like Event Horizon. It takes a bit of piloting to avoid Event Horizon's trucks and the sensors on them which might be able to spot the weapons stashed in her duffel bag, but after proceeding south through enough of Arcadia, she spots a vandalized AR broadcasting "Pottsonian Pride" in one hardware shop storefront.
After avoiding another two Event Horizon trucks, Chikage arrives at the designated address, a six-story apartment complex that looks like it's at least ten years old from the architecture, but is also better maintained than the housing farther west. An obvious camera is positioned to view the front door of the residential high-rise.
