Security not military permit.  So, probably just the Ospreys.  And it won't justify the lethal force option.  It does get you access to some armors and encryption on your comms.  You still need the appropriate permits for the various stuff, but once you get security justification, the permits become legitimately available.

Well, Lone Star never went into the Barrens with less than 60 men... so ya, that's about right.  I'd probably use the freeze foam in the door guns though,   Foam off the whole area and then scoop up the patient.  Foam dissolves hours later.
