No such thing, just court interpretation at this point to the best of my knowledge. "Fair Use" hasn't actually been codified in law other then critical/discussion purposes in some places. I don't think we're actually going to get sued though.

If they can use numerous AC DC references I think they will be fine with a shuan of the dead inspired cover art.
