Looking for anyone else who might have been handed one of these at Gencon or The Scramble. I'm assuming there's at least four based on the quarter of a QR code on the back. I know of one other. Anyone else?

Yup, I got one.

Quince over on Dumpshock is the man to talk to, if you've got any questions or anything.  He started up a thread over there all about 'em (and is the guy who printed and distributed them, in fact).
