We don't generally use skype, but if you go to #s-run (and #shadowrun for the actual games) on the undernet servers of IRC you can find a lot of games. We've been around for a while (15 years or so) and you can find our website at s-run.com
We have one shot pickup games and campaigns that get run and we always love new faces.
