Ok question, one of my PC's decided to "adopt" a Cybered doberman pinscher. Now, besides the chance of the dog getting cyber psychosis . Can he with a little work, See through the dogs eyes, ect, with out turning the thing into a bio drone?

If the dog has cybereyes, linked to a commlink and he subscribes to the feed, I don't see why not.

What gets really scary is when you set up an auto-injector with a combat drug cocktail in it for the dog. You can easily get a three IP dog able to really put a hurting on someone. For those that don't mind them becoming expendable assets effectively, you can get four IP's with damn near maxed physical traits. Definitely can make runners reconsider canines as a security threat.

The big thing you need to make drugged out security dogs a threat to runners is to get them armor. While they totally subdue a guy with a 7 agility and a 9 strength from drug, if he has a friend, the dog's toast. Even assuming they have a 9 body, that's pretty easy to take out if they have no armor. Even a canine armor jacket would nearly double their damage resistance. The subdue maneuver is a pretty good tactic as well because it can really mess up most people.

Tacsofts can also really, really ruin a runner's night...

Bone Lacing with Subdermal Armour or Orthoskin can turn Fluffy the Poodle into Fluffy the Deathproof.

Deltaware Cyberzombie Malamutes. That is all.
