I just want to know actual people's opinions on the thing.  All I've heard is advertizing.

By concealing it well? Yeah it won't pass muster without significant free flowing fabric but eh. It isn't really a carryable piece anyway, it is very much a BBQ gun.

Unconcealed carry.  No one is going to mess with a police officer carrying one of those.

Forget the .44 Magnum after this!

It's a novelty gun for people with so much money they're done buying normal overpriced, custom, 1911s.

Oh for $Deity's sake!  Come on, it's for the people that a .45 ACP won't put down.

And, frankly, if you're facing someone that a single .45 ACP won't make sit down and rethink their life AT THE VERY LEAST, they probably pretty much deserve it.  :P

Yeah, I know.  Political parties too.

The Longgun Registry died in Canada recently (I'm not getting political, I promise!), but one party wanted to have "Sniper Rifles" still included as list items.  Which included such items like the Ruger Mini-14, which, while accurate, is not designed for sniper duties unless modified to do so.  And, hell, there are Sniper Variants of the SMLE and Mauser Gewehr 98 and Karabiner 98K that have been owned by Canadians since the end of WWI/WWII.  Some of the items (.50 BMG) make sense, but they wanted too many legit hunting rifles added that it died due to the majority 'Tory government.

I will not get political, I will not political, I will not...  I'm going to have a nap now.
