Title: Signature Clothing
Post by: ArchAngelisk451 on <01-26-12/1545:22>
Every shadowrunner has that sort of default signature clothing that defines their character and makes them stand out from the other runners. Just wanted to see how everyone else looks by putting down what your character wears.

My human freerunning Hacker, Raven wears:

Social/Public/Running
Black & Purple Leather Jacket with a Zip-up Hoodie
Custom Jeans (Purple dragon design on the right pant leg/Flexible for Freerunning and Martial Arts)
Custom Chuck Taylors (High grip for Freerunning and Martial Arts)
Black-rimmed Glasses (Commlink)
Black Fingerless Gloves

Formal
Custom-made Black INC Slim-Fit suit (Kevlar-lined)
Custom-made Black INC Dress shirt with turtleneck dress collar
Black-rimmed Glasses (Commlink)
Custom-made Black dress shoes (High grip and traction for immediate freerunning, extra cushioning in sole, heel slightly cushioned for impact falls)

Heavy Support
Custom Black ARV Armored Vest (White Horse head painted on chest. An homage to the deceased contact, Swatter )
Custom Black ARV Armored Shin Guards
Custom Black ARV Thigh Guards
Form-Fitting Body Armor (Underneath everything)
Black Fingerless Combat gloves
Custom Lone Star High Impact Pursuit boots

Nice! You have your character clothed for almost anything. Raven has formal wear as well, very distinguished clothing. But what he 'runs in, is what his wears in public/social gatherings.

Forgot to mention he has a Form-Fitting Body Armor underneath everything.

For Mouse, being badass isn't a goal. He's a gnome hacker, and when you stand 2'2" tall you really aren't intimidating anyone. For Mouse, its all about blending in.

Running:
Chameleon cloak
Form-Fit Half Suit
Ballistic Mask
Gloves
Custom Deputy revolver

Social:
Depends on the situation. If he knows he's going in the area of a specific corp, he'd try to blend in. As a former corp-kid, he keeps an eye on the fashion trends. Going near Ares, casual clothes by Victory, Horizon, 6 Tees and and some jeans.
Concealed Holster for revolver.
Form-Fit Half Suit

Formal:
Formal things tend to get a little harder for Mouse, while he lived the corporate life he was never into the high circles so he researches what's needed. Armanté would be likely.
Form-Fit Half Suit
Morrissey Élan: Concealed Holster loaded with Stick-N-Shock.

Mr. Soft
(Heavy Weapons Troll)
Running
Mortimer of London "Greatcoat Line" armored suit w/ DA threading, Color Change & Shock Frills
Form-Fitting Full Bodysuit w/ Gel Packs & Nonconductivity 6
All PPP, except the Helmet
Ballistic Mask w/ Chemical Protection 6

Casual
The same, minus the Ballistic Mask.

Also drives a heavily modified Rover 2068, which can be best equated to the tricked-out car from the The Transporter movies crossed with a Citymaster.

Finn MacHule
("Unseelie Court" Pixie Mage)
Running
Chameleon Suit.
Casual
Armored Clothing in one of several styles.

Fractal (Elf Changeling Face/Hacker/Digital Artist)
Most of the time, he wears red silk shirts, leather pants or jeans and an overcoat/trenchcoat. When a more formal situation calls for it, he wears a simple but stylish bussines suit. Usually with armor vest underneath.

Gentleman John (Ork Hitman/Face)
This one has a very specific sense of aesthetics, and his garments would imply that he has a fondness for gangster movies (he seems like he is always just coming from a night on Matchstick's) - a black chalk-striped Berwick Dinner Jacket with matching pants, shirts and tie, with a somewhat old cut (a century old, at least, but that's the way he likes it); a fedora hat of the same pattern complete the set, and in cold days (or just before going on a job) his Mortimer of London Greatcoat w/ Thermal Damping and Ruthenium Polymer Coating above everything else (to look good or to not be looked upon at all).
Also, Form-Fitting Full Body Suit under all.

Van (Troll, mostly Body, internal Armor, Metal and some STR): Jeans Vest with the License Plate of a van that rammed him once as the closing mechanism. (Van got away from it better than the van and his driver)
My other characters usually don't have signature clothes . .
Only Face. Because beating/shooting someone up in class a luxury suit speaks of a certain je ne sais qua.

Black Cat

Running/Social

Form Fitting armor under everything
Chameleon suit custom styled to look like a tight black long sleeve mock neck with a red metallic shimmer over black, loose fitting pants
Armatech PPP Forearm and shin guards underneath
Socially a commlink worn in a belt holster or shoved into the pocket of a black leather jacket
on runs various chameleon coated gear pouches gecko taped to the armor low on the hips and just below the waist
Custom modified Ruger Super Warhawk in a chameleon coated tactical holster on his chest
Black Chameleon coated tight fit motorcycle helmet (similar to the red hood in the recent cartoon movie)
Chameleon coated backpack gecko taped to his back and a Chameleon Coated HK 227X on a speed sling hanging below his right arm

Formal is still a work in progress, but will probably be an armored, japanese style suit in black with either a white, siler, or dark red shirt, possibly with a matching pocket square and an possibly appropriately concealable pistol in the holster built in to the jacket.
