Hello,

I will make an echo to another topic of the forum within which we were spoking of carrying gear.

That is a large subject, but I think it can be amazing to give a list of they typical equipment our runners carry when they are running.

Please, let have fun and just list here the list of your basic line of equipment or weapons some of your runner like to have on them.

I play an elve street sam called Tsukaeru. She is coming from a street gang from LA and know try to survive in the Redmond barrens.

For the "basics":
Commlink (rating 3) with  “Pocket Hacker” agent
Armor jacket (with FFBA half suit)
Micro-Transceiver 5, and some electronics rat 4 (tag eraser, etc...)
Ares predator in quick draw holster +2 clips and silencer
flash pak.
Enterntainment system cyclops

for the "fun":
HK227X+ 8 clips in a chest rig
flash gang and gaz grenade (1 each)
stun baton
katana
Gas Mask

I play a Troll coming from poland and named Wedroviek.
He is part a street brawler, part a mercenary who have started to wrok with the Vory in the streets of east-europe.
He is now a made man and run along the UCAS east-coast.

The "basic" line is made of:
Commlink Erika Elite & OS Iris Orb
Armor jacket
punch dagger
Ares predator IV with silencer +4clips
GMC bulldog

For the "fun" in his van:
Auto Assault 16 + 6 clips
Nitama Optimum +6 clips
Ingram White Knight +1 clip
HE grenades
a combat vest for carrying the clips/grenades when in operation

I did some gear packs a while ago just for fun. The first is for rock and roll adventures where you don't need to be subtle or legal at a skinny 1 BP worth of gear, while the second is the every day carry stuff for a runner starting out, or a kit to tuck somewhere in case of emergency.

Grenadier Pack. 1BP, 5000y. Availability 12F

Equipment for a support grenadier in a self contained pack including armor, weapon and accessories. Use airbrust grenades to engage foes with good cover and to clear rooms with minimal exposure and burst fire from the well recoil compensated assault rifle to engage targets in the open. Note: The Aries Alpha and fragmentation microgrenades are illegal for civilian ownership, being caught with it is a Bad Thing.

Suggested for characters with  Body 4+ (5+ to wear the helmet), Automatics skill, and Heavy Weapons skill. Grenade Launcher and Assault Rifle specialties can help, as can Blades skill, though the survival knife is intended as a tool as much as a weapon.

Shadowrunner Beginner's Kit. 3 BP (15,000y) Availability 12F

When just starting out or starting over, sometimes you have to begin from ground zero. Intended to reflect a good mix of basic gear for any shadowrunner, this kit can be tweaked for a runner with little difficulty. With a basic comlink, armor that won't raise an eyebrow in most areas and a pistol that is one of the symbols of shadowrunning. Round it out with a touch of medical supplies any shadowrunner can use if things go wrong or even sometimes when they go right and sensor enhancements. You might want to add contacts with vision modes you don't have from nature, and the credstick is just in case you need to pay for something and you don't want to leave a data trail. You even get a month prepaid at a crappy apartment.

Ok, it's not perfect. But if you need to burn all ties to your old life and set up somewhere, you can do worse then cracking open this kit.

depending on the job.  I just got back inot shadow run so bear with me, and I'm a firm beleaver in simpler is better.
Day to Day
Heavy pistol with internal smart link, and skin link, 2 magazines. Quick draw holster in a shoulder rig, or concealed carry holster.
Throw away comlink,with basic user suite.
Ar Gloves
Armored Vest, or Form fitted BA.
Regular clothing.
Ceramic Knife. 
Taser, or flash pack.

Covert gear.
Silencer added to pistol or a silenced light pistol.
appropriate tool kit. ( Most of my PCs have skill points in hardware) 
face mask, disguise kit ect. 
better comlink with pocket hacker.
Mag lock sequencer.
A pair of gloves.
Same armor as above.
Appropriate clothing, for the job.
Glasses.

Tactical gear (when its time to kick some doors)
Armored Jacket with FFBA.
Securatech Helmet.
Sub machine gun, with sound suppressor, and smart link. or assault rifle.
8 magazines in a chest rig.
4 flash bangs.
2 frags
Heavy pistol.
A good old fashioned pump shotgun, usally with shock lock rounds., folding stock, and fore grip, shorten barrel.
combat knife.
Depending on the PC, I might bring foam explosives, and dets, for "Dynamic entry"

This is not counting stuff like climbing gear, micro wire, ect.
