So my groups troll is a monk from an all troll monastery
He took:
Uneducated and Incompetent: All skills but Close Combat Group, Dodge, Athletics Group, Stealth Group, Outdoors Group, Escape Artist, First Aid, Knowledge (Philosophy), and 3 Language skills.
And in return instead of 50billion BP, I raised the max on his mental attributes to 6 and made wisdom 2/7.
I run tight games 200BP you Earn! the rest, and if you die you only get 200 to make a new char. (karma curve to balance it out)
This guy is not a Min/Maxer in the slightest.
It is a fun idea, a Troll in the Big City sort of idea. (he comes from an all troll society)
Problem is when it comes to swords/bows/adept powers ect he is both ridiculously powerful and very very flat at the same time.
Are there any Martial Arts books from 4e, other things that could spice this troll up.
Also: are there any variations on arrows that might be useful?

Look in Arsenal for both MA flavor and trick arrows like stick & shock

My problem is that I'm now switching this troll for the main character from Kung Fu Hustle...and laughing my butt off!

My personal favorite melee weapon has always been the Victorinox Smartstaff, as its a swiff army weapon that turns into whatever you want. But if we're talking improvised weapons for a Troll Monk, I've always been a fan of the Metahuman Body entry in Arsenal.
What? Dwarves are perfectly valid projectile weapons!

Someone needs to stat that thing, pronto. Obviously a special kind of Rocket/Missile.
Perhaps an opposite version of an Anti-Vehicle Missile, as its obviously Anti-Personnel. 16P, -6/-2 AP, no blast, 20F Avail. Deals only 8P vs. vehicles.

In SR4, there are allready stats for a mono chainsaw.
Use these. And simply give them indirect fire capability and a Reach of YES(100,200,400,800)

Quick question about troll weapons...
On the cover of Runner Havens, we have a troll next to an elf. Troll has in his mitts a heavy pistol. The slide on the thing is as long as the elf's leg, at least. And about twice as thick. And it fits, really. Good for his size. Now, does that pistol still on do 5P? Obviously it's big enough to handle standard .50 cal pistol ammo. Hell, just from the looks of it, one shot would leave a hole in the elf's torso about the size of her... Well... Torso. If someone bucks up the cost of a meta-sized weapon, shouldn't the weapon's stats be increased? Or decreased in the case of dwarfs?
Edit: On a side note, for comparison's sake, it looks like she is also wielding heavy pistols... MUCH smaller heavy pistols. His pistol could use hers as ammunition...

Troll-specific weapons and calibers are still too niche a market for the Megas to be interested, when they can just build bigger versions of regular items and call it a day.
Of course, there's also the Panther Assault Cannon... That's pretty much made for a Troll.

a humans Longsword is a Trolls knife.
a humans shotgun is a Trolls heavy Pistol.
a humans AR is a Trolls SMG.
a humans LMG is a Trolls AR.
It works out nice enough . .

Now I want to modify a M2HB to have a pistol grip and a foregrip for a very large Troll to carry around.
.50 BMG. With that kind of stopping power, there is no cover, only concealment. The difference is made to you quite plainly when that nice, safe engine block you're hiding behind suddenly has holes put through both sides.
