I'm trying to find a somewhat detailed map for seattle mostly for my GM who is also looking for one so I said I'd help. I found the map made on google but for some reason I can't get it to open for me and I tried it on three different computers. So does anyone know where I can find a different one but with the same basic stuff on it?

So this link doesn't work?

No for some reason it won't show it. :(

Hm apart from maps in the books then im not sure

Do you need a map of SR Seattle or would any map do. Until the google one you can't open came about I just went down to Triple A(an auto club, where I got my roadside service/towing agreements handled) and got a physical map of Seattle. I might go back to that, something about a physical map adds something to a game IMO, even if a digital one is more fitting for SR, I just can't drop it on the table in the same way. Maybe if I got an IPAD the digital one would be as dramatic.

How basic does it need to be?

Same for me. As for a map, I have a road atlas of all US and Canada which I use (also for other games set in that part of the world).

I like the laminated maps you can always mark them up

Well I was think something with some important locations like corp headquarters and such.

Then I guess you best look for Seattle 2072. It doesn't have the extra things on the map, but it does have a desciption of all the interesting locations.

I ran into the same problem using IE with the map not loading. But was able to view it using Firefox.

Firefox here, map works fine...and is very good, even if not completely up-to-date
