Is there any canon information about Wisconsin for Shadowrun?
I've read the little bit that is in Feral Cities, but outside of that it looks sort of like Wisconsin is just that thing the mob runs that is sort of by Chicago. Am I missing something or is Wisconsin left as one of those officially undeveloped areas for GMs to go hog wild with?
My rules knowledge isn't spectacular but I've been playing and GMing various RPGs for 20 years now and I've got an inkling of a thread that would start there and then move on to bigger and more populated things, but I hates when a player can come to a table and say "nuh uh, I have a book that says you're wrong", so if there's anything canon I'd like to peruse it before I start storyboarding.

All I remember is something about a Cheesehead totem ;)

Eau Claire and Madison are, IIRC, smugger havens according to Target: Smuggler Havens.
UW-Madison also has the best, of not only, Infected Studies program in the world.

Reading the last story in the Nigel Findley Omnibus and the main character was from Milwaukee, he mentions that it's great place to get contaminated.
