Title: When do people usually awaken?

I could swear I read somewhere that it usually happened around the same age, but I can't find it.

I remember reading something about how children, at least girls, are going through puberty a lot earlier.  Think it had something to do with hormones, or just being well or over fed.
So remember kids, a hearty breakfast of Aztech Flakes every morning, you could Awaken.
