Do these allow you to stack their effects? Stacking effects has generally been a no-go in the past.
With the Krime Gloves, easy enough, you are using either or...
But the Krime Whammy... man, there is no way that anyone can look at that and not think the shotgun should trigger simultaneously with a melee strike...

If there isn't already one, there probably should be a separate damage code for a combined kinetic impact+shotgun blast so that you can incorporate a "boom on impact" without violating the general rule of only 1 attack per pass..
-
The closest the rules come to covering this would be to call it a short burst (-1 dodge die) -- but that is a) a stretch and b) doesn't come close to covering the spirit of the thing.
-
I'd say that's a corner case of "Multiple Attack" free action usage.

The Krime Whammy is designed as a Breaching Device. You swing the hammer, it hits the "door", and one of the shotgun barrels goes off. Combining the weight, swing, and bang to open up even the densest of targets.
It might even open up the mind of a Humanis Policlub that taunting a troll carrying one of these is a bad idea.
