Title: Season 4 outcomes?
Post by: Quatar on <01-01-15/0859:39>
Hi

I know Season 4 has been over for a while now, and I also know that Prop 23 was accepted. (at least I think it was)

But there are other things I'm kinda interested in, the little things that PCs could do. Did most people turn in Junior (from 4-01) or help him fake his death? Let him go or kill him? Who did they give the Morel Stone from Back in Business to? These kinds of things.

Is there some sort of summery of these decissions anywhere? I've googled and searched the forum, but I either didn't use the right search words or there isn't anything.

well i don't have access to any meta data, but my group turned in Jr to Tosh, after a long debate, and rolling initiative against each other. They then sold the stone to Lorent, they also sold all following artefects to him even though the dragons offered more $. I'd have to look over my notes for other plot points.

One I'm curious about is how people interacted with Pip. Half of my group loved him and the other half hated him. Though i do admit i RP him with a major case of ADD...

I also don't know of any compiled data on that, except where there are discussions on this forum.

When I played 04-01, my table turned Junior in to Tosh as well.
I think I generally cultivated Moreau/Draco as a faction, getting them up to a Faction score of 4 by the end (and I didn't even get to play all of them); that was my highest faction, with O.R.C. coming in second with 3.  In 04-00, we sold the stone to Moreau.  In 04-02, we sold the head to him.
My characters generally treated Pip well.  My main (Fringe) paid him pretty well for favors, while my secondary (Carver) generally gave him hardware (there was one time when I gave him a grenade).

Ah that is too bad. I had hoped somebody had compiled something like this at the end of Season 4 and published it. Would have been interesting to see "Oh look 2/3 did this and only 10% did what you guys did".

This seems like it'd be really interesting to Catalyst as well.  Bull would know if this sort of thing is being implemented for Season 5.  The ability to take all those turned in sheets and make them into world data would be pretty awesome I think.

Who did they give the Morel Stone from Back in Business to?

We are doing Season-4 right now using 5E rules conversion because Season-5 was lagging for a long time, and because Seattle just rocks!

I've been keeping track & this is what I've got so far.

0-Stone to Laurent
1-Faked Junior's Death.
2-Employee went to Draco/Moreau
3-Didnt' tell ADA anything
4-Artifact to Laurent  (We didn't even try to barter w/ everyone since we shafted him in 4.2 we just offered this too him first to gain back some favor)
5-Raided w/ Tosh who killed traitor.  Turned Congressman over to Mac
6-Killed everyone for the Lady & gave leader to Simon who agreed he wouldn't live long.
7-Tracked down the bad guys in under ADA Oaks' 2 hour time limit to take her deal.  Then acted like we dropped the issue.

We picked up Pip as a Contact in Mission 4.1 because we recalled him from 4.0 & thought maybe he could assist us when we had to go to the OUG again.

Playing 4.8 tomorrow actually so should be interesting to see how it goes.
Took a bit to get back into SR after years of not playing & remembering how stagnant the game can feel if your having "legwork" issues.
But we've started getting more creative there & its been pretty fun this year.
