Is there a list of all the Season 5 Missions adventures currently available for play?

Only SRM5A-01 Chasin' the Wind has been published to date. The 2nd, Critics Choice, is either at the printer or is staged to go to the printer.
Additionally there are the two convention packs that have been dual stat-ed for 4E & 5E available and they are "legal" for use by Missions groups. Of course, if you aren't worried about your character being Missions Legal, then you also have the Splintered States module which is stat-ed for 5E.
There are 4 additional SRM5A missions besides those mentioned above which are in various stages of draft form being queued up for publication and from a recent post by Bull, a Prime Runners Mission near completion.

Well, that covers what is published. However, I just played 4 modules at Genghis Con not on that list - the convention adventures that start with Rolling the Dice. I'm trying to get a list of everything that is released for play, including convention-only specials.

There's also 4 more CMPs: Dragon's Song 1/2/3/4. SRM 5A has 1 to 6, of which only 1 is out in final version, and 2 is on the way.

Are you saying that the material for the missions are already available somewhere? What is the holdup getting them to stores then?
