Title: Sustaining spells and casting new ones
Post by: AJBuwalda on <11-15-10/0402:49>
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming that this is how the rules work:

* PC is sustaining Improved Reflexes
* He can still hurl combat spells, but with -2 penalty to the dice pool

Is this correct?

Let me guess; this is clearly stated in the anniversary edition, right? :(

I'm pretty sure the non anniversary edition is clear enought about this.
What exactly did you think would stop that from working?

It talked about other tests, so I was wondering. But yeah, spell casting is a test so it figueres.

Yes thats prettty simple you get the penalty on all other test and casting a spell requiers you to do a test, so you get -2 to that test.
I thought your question was more about whether your allowed to cast other spell while sustaining a spell or something like that ;)
