It's right here...
...
It was right here, but someone decided to see if it could go to 100 mph and it disappeared at 88.

I wonder if the movie also has a story.
-
Personally, this is Robot-Jox all over again.
Robot-Jox sucked, and so will this.

Please, for the love of all that is shiny, tell me you're joking.
If you're seriously basing your ideas on the quality of Pacific Rim on the quality of a stop-motion claymation movie from 1989, I've got a few unflattering things to say about your intellect. I mean, even putting the massive advances in FX technology aside, the only thing they have in common is that the control mechanisms for the robots look vaguely similar.

Agreed with Dude, here.

The preview reminded me of that movie, so yes I'm basing my idea from that (and No, I'm not joking). The movie doesn't impress me.

Wow... you really, really need to get out more. Also maybe pay some attention to the plot synopsis provided in the preview. The two movies are nothing alike other than both having giant robots.
Hell, if anything, it's more akin to Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla, but with Mechagodzilla being the good-guy.
-
It's by Guillermo del Toro.
You know, the guy who made Pan's Labyrinth (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZhKmHPyMJ4), Hellboy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-TV8iPYpXU), and Hellboy 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_CMgBAWU7A).
For that alone I am gonna see this movie.
-
the Teaser reminds me of Palladium Rifts (RPG)
the NGR (New German Republik) and its struggle with the Giant Gargoyles
(and Hell Yeahhhhh, I'm so much wanting to see this Movie, even if its just one big ...."Clubbering Time")
He who dances with Erin Tarn
Medicineman

Still not seeing it because it looks as bad as Battlefield Earth.
Hell, Battlefield Earth was Oscar worthy material compared with this monstrosity.
Also, Del Toro is a no-talent hack, with only one good film (Pan's Labyrinth could've been better if it was in English instead of Spanish - it gave me a headache trying to read the subtitles the entire film) to his name.

Well, I recognized her before I went looking - the computer voice is indeed Ellen McLain, the voice actress for Portal's GLaDOS.

I'm hearing that she won't be in the movie, however. :(
I hope that's just a misinformation rumor, however.

Misinformation. A site I read had considerable information from Del Toro & co. on how they made it close, but not exactly, GLaDOS. It's a geek call-out.

I heard that it was close to GLaDos in the trailer as a shout out, but in the film it will be different. I hope that's true, cause otherwise I'm going to be screaming at the two pilots the whole movie to not trust the A.I.

You know...when I first saw the promo, until they actually said the name of the movie, I thought it was a live-action Evangelion movie.

You know, I'd love GLaDOS to be in a movie now...

I saw the trailer for this when I caught The Hobbit. I thought it was closer to CthuluTech than NGE or the Triax setting in Rifts.
-
BIG OOOOOOOOOO
With drunken F-22 pilots.

Ooh.....can't wait for this summer. Definitely going to see it! :)
