The rules for Shedim are in the Street Magic book page 155.

For lore on the Shedim....
Just about every book has a small blurb somewhere about them... but good luck in finding them all with page numbers....

I more or less had the same question in another thread. Short version: shedim are like non-corporeal Goa'uld, or Aliens, or Wraith (SGA), or Daleks, except without the warm fuzzies.
