Again, bingo.  I also assume that unless you specifically say you don't anyone of you has at least 100 nuyen on you for walking around money.  (Tips, bribes, impulse buys, food, gum, whatever)

And don't worry about helping Sam out with the bribe(s). Since he doesn't need expensive gear, lots of ammo, exotic spell focuses, etc., there isn't really all that much for him to burn his nuyen on. He's got his eye on a nice car if he ever has a huge payday, but that's just because he likes to have really nice stuff.
