Gah, sorry. I'd started on a post, but got distracted and never finished. Oops. I'll go ahead and finish that.

In the meantime, Sam's total is 10,560 (440 for the Roomsweeper license, 2,200 for the burner SIN, and 7,920 for the rating 6 ID & license).

EDIT: While updating my Chummer file, I found that I already had a license for the Roomsweeper under Sam's original SIN; it just wasn't organized well, so I hadn't seen it before. So I don't need that, bringing my total down to 10,120.

It is a pay now, get when it comes deal.  This guy is a known quantity so it is not like he can skip with your money, if Sammy were to dime him out to folks in Horizon that he cheated her his rep would be shit.  Deduct the funds, but it will be around/at least a week before you get the ID other than the rating 2s.  Nature of the availability and price.

I've deducted the money from my sheet.  I've already added the extra SINs, but at the end of the listing, so they are already there but I know not to use them yet.
