Clem took 1P and O'Connor 2P and a doberman pincher is now hanging from his arm by the jaws.  Once I post about the second floor we can move to second passes unless Sammy does anything with her held action.

May I ask a question to clarify what happened?  it looks like Snow scored 1 net hit on the goon and he only soaked 2 hits of the six. which would normally mean 4 damage boxes to go with what he had taken last IP, which I think was 3.  Was all of that factored in for his shots back at Snow or am I reading something wrong in this?  it is not that I do not want to make the dodge and soak rolls, but is just seems that the goon is still shooting like he was at full.

Total Damage 6 - Net 2 = DV 4
And unless I'm missing some variable, my character got bit by a dog with a bite force equal in destructive power to a handgun.

It is very difficult sometimes to keep track of the wound modifiers on 8 or 9 identical goons, I will double check it and let you know.

I like the reasoning, too.  I should not have doubted the GM as there are lots of reasons why the shot was as it was, including a second goon showing up as the first crawled away to heal himself.  Snow dodged both hits.  Ready for the next IP.

Unless people are really antsy and bloodthirsty *looking at O'Conner meaningfully* the illusion will end the fight quickly.  We can move out of rounds post normal actions.

Just thought I would point out, with O'Connor's casual attitude about death of the foe, while the goons are bleeding out, the two (three?) that you filled the monitor for are not yet dead.
