Okay, just so I have a clear understanding of things, I am guessing that Clem is going to clear the storage room and move into the room beyond while every one else moves into the dressing room and waits with O'Connor covering the curtain, and Snow holding on the roof.

O'Connor is, at this point, unsuccessful at hearing anything useful in the room beyond, there is music playing somewhere in the room and it is difficult to hear anything over that.  Snow can also hear the music where she is.

Am I in the right here?  Or is O'Connor (I am assuming ) going to screw up the plan?

If she has time, Clem will hurry to the far end of the opposing door frame and point her firearm at the entrance, in order to get the drop on anyone that might be attracted by the screams. She will also let the others know what the situation is.

Not necessarily, until we have clear action against an enemy or each other, the system kind of breaks down.  It is even worse in your case, being physically separated from the group.  I don't want people trying to do multiple actions, but a general idea of intent is necessary here.
