Because of the movement involved, Clem's grenade will not be thrown until the end of round two, O'Connor's movement for the round will only carry him up to the door, but no further than that, so I am seeing them either on both sides of the doorway or stacked up on one side. 

Snow, can go ahead and shoot the rivets on one side of the hatch.

Sammy can throw a fireball in there, but if she can't see a target, it won't affect anyone except the Heavies.

If O'Connor's doing something important let me know, otherwise we are waiting for Snow as the last action of the round.

No she hasn't, I didn't have enough actions to do that since she asked Snow to cover the front door and the hatch. She will at the next pass.

Snow will be acting on Round 2, O'Connor will have actions remaining, but without a target you can go ahead and take them.

Neat effect on the hatch.  Snow is out of actions for this round but intends to go after the latches next round unless something else happens.

Snow is third this time and is waiting for the other 14 init to go.    No one has said not to, my plan is to shoot at the hinge of the hatch and perhaps go down inside.
