First change, I made all of the list fields multi-line. Now you can type in your data where it should be typed.
Second change, I added medium range to the weapons list.
Third change, I added specializations to the skill list.
Fourth change, I made all of the text going into the fields font size 6. It matches the rest of the document and allows for the text to actually fit in under the headings.

Edit: I am also going to remove one of the skill columns. No one is going to fill all of that space in with skills. When I do I will add a column for dice pools.
