Hey guys,

I just had a question come up and the FAQ is ambigious about it. As far as I can tell, the only place in the FAQ that talks about increased firearm availiability is pg14 of the Combined FAQ v1.1

What it doesn't mention is if it applies at chargen for new Neo Tokyo runners or not. Can anyone answer this?

Way I read it, it applies all the time since it doesn't say it only applies some of the time.  So yes, also during chargen.
