Title: SR1 Starting Story

Hi. Not fan fiction as such, but for crying out loud I can't find my Shadowrun 1 book from way back. And I'd love to read that starting story about Ghost-who-walks-inside, Sally and the Dodger again. After all, this is what was Shadowrun for me back in the day!
Does anyone have this story, or knows where I can find it?
