What you know about Underplex Transportation Appropriation Bill 1449A-Renraku corporation proposed this bill amending that bill to re-appropriate funds to a new Underplex route from the Renraku arcology to the West End.  A previous bill called Underplex Transportation Appropriation Bill 1388A authorizing funds and right of way for a new transport line out of the Lambeth Containment Zone (LCZ), was successfully passed in Parliament.  1449A appropriated the funds to Renraku and changed the location of the underway that were ment for 1388A.

Also worth seeing if there are any renraku reps there as well, might be worth getting their ideas

I'll be finishing up the rebuild of Rocking Horse here soon too, cause well, without Ted, bill by himself is kinda sad, and he totally would have left with Ted.

So rebuilding the taur so he's not someone who has to be re-introduced completely, just he doesn't have the bromance that was suppose to be with the two earlier.

And her background.  Some fleshing out probably needed to cover all the details of the character sheet, but I wanted to get her up.

Tanya Astasia, Lady Marisart was born into one of Great Britain’s noble families on December the third, 2045.  Her father was Bryan, Lord Marisart, fifteenth viscount of Aryn.  The rest of her family consisted of her mother, Monica, and two older brothers, Joseph and Conrad.  Tanya was a normal, if mischievous, girl, and attended all the right schools that were designed to prepare her to be the tame wife of a social elite to be determined by her father.  All changed the night of her coming out ball.  A drunk driver sped through a round-about and crashed into the family car, ejecting Tanya.  The drunk died as did the rest of Tanya’s family, although she did not learn of this for some time. 

Her own injuries had been extensive and life threatening.  While the surgeons did the best they could, they were unable to save her eyes or her right arm and her ears were damaged to the point that they were practically useless.  Family money bought some of the best cyber implants available, replacing ears, eyes and arm with replicas that are practically indistinguishable from but far more capable than the originals. 

By the time she was able to leave the hospital she found that her life had truly changed in more ways than just physical.  The original trustees for her estate had collectively mismanaged it and stolen from it.  The current trustee, her cousin Jeffrey Marisart, had inherited the title of Viscount based on archaic inheritance laws that saw the estates go to the oldest male in the line.  To his credit, he had managed to stem the losses and even recouped some of the original value.  He set Tanya up with a large flat in London for which she did not have to pay and provided her with 1000 Nuyen each month to cover expenses. 

Tanya made the best of her life after death, as she called it.  She wedged herself into the circles of the social elite, but soon found that her stipend was insufficient to continue in that vein.  Cousin Jeffrey was unwilling to support Tanya’s expenses so she decided that the best way to maintain her lifestyle was to either marry rich or steal from the rich.  She has seen far too many elitist couples torn apart by or hiding affairs and indiscretions and decided that marriage was not the way to go, so she started stealing.  She had been diagnosed as a kleptomaniac at an early age, so the decision seemed only natural to her.  She fits in well in the circles of the rich and powerful and has cultivated a fence to help her divest herself of the things she has taken.  Her new life has allowed her to add some expensive and rather painful augmentations to her body, such as an implanted commlink and some bioware aids to her skills.  She goes through lovers like water, and there is always another just around the corner when she tires of the current one.  Her current bed partner is George Landon, the second son of one of the MPs of London.  He is completely oblivious to her second life, but he looks good and his sexual technique is passable.

Amongst her influential contacts is Sir Gregory Murdoch, the current master of a media empire that spans Great Britain and Europe.  It helps that he is an uncle from her mother’s side of the family, but the two share a common disdain for most of the rest of the elitist nobility, from titled members of the ancient class to those belonging to the new elite of the megacorporations.  Her one true friend is Lilith Wade, AKA Carly Bright.  Carly is the New Big Thing in rock music and is perhaps the only other person to know that Tanya is a thief.

Tanya goes by the street name of Lady Spades and has taken to brazenly leaving a queen of spades card at the scenes of her robberies.  She maintains a second ID of Robyn Evers and has arranged for a bolt hole under that name that she uses in emergencies.  At this time she is riding high from her latest theft and is contemplating her next one.

I guess at this point I am just waiting to be worked into the plot.  I could suggest being an invitee to the party give my social status.  Of course I am casing someone to see if they have something worth lifting.  I am sure that the GM can fit me in almost anywhere.  Very excited to get in with you guys.
