Title: Adepts and Drain

I have the core rulebook and Beginner box but I am not seeing anywhere how Drain works with Adepts.  I look at all the Adept powers and see no Drain value for any of them.  What am I missing?

Also, when you choose an Adept power are you stuck with only having that power you bought with the points or can you shift the points around at will to change your abilities out on the fly? The book did not seem to make that clear.

Attribute Boost is one of the few adept powers that face drain. Most are passive buffs.

You cannot respec Adept Powers. Qi Foci and more PP are your only options.
