Anarchy Subsidized is Horizon 2, and it's already out, i believe.  Colombian Subterfuge, which is the 3rd adventure, has a street date of Feb 15th.

Anarchy Subsidized had a street date of November 9th, so it's out.  Ask your FLGS to order you a copy, or hit up the Battleshop.
