I've just update my GM screen with the action table, I think sorting it out by most relevant limit makes it a lot easier to comprehend.

I'm pretty happy with it but I still need to find space for Assensing, Barriers, Initiative and Noise

Man those look really good.  Well-spaced and easy to read.

On the list of actions, you might want to hit a few more entries with the blue font (if blue means house rule).  There are a few more that are: like Debug Code, or Data Spike as a simple action, etc. 

I like the device layout too.
