Good morning everyone! As we continue to move forward with the changes to the SRM FAQ, especially with the addition of Chrome Flesh, here's another preview of the committee's hard work.

Enjoy!

There is such a thing as too much foreplay.
-
LOL, well, with the eminent release of it just a few weeks away, instead of months, why not? :)
-
Thanks for the tease! ;D
-
You need to use thicker paper when you scan in your printouts. I can see what's on the back.
-
Yeah, I noticed that today.
-
Amateur. :P
-
Guess that's what I get for buying paper on sale and not paying attention to it. Trying to save money so I can take care of the Agents. Of course, I know one Agent now who will be saving me a ton of money....Jayde...:)
-
's ok. Just make sure what's on the other side is fit for public consumption. ;)
-
I figured he was teasing on multiple levels. :)
-
Be chill guys, the other side that you can almost see is just the other page of the document. The two pages were printed duplex...
-
Yes, there is teasing going on and it's cool. I am human and I can admit I make errors or do silly things!
-
It is such a minor thing I am not even sure why folks felt it needed pointing out for discussion lol.
No taunting the Teutonic Overlord people! KE might show up at the most inconvenient times in reprisal. :p
-
Ray, may i make a request/suggestion for that teased page that you also list what those contacts can be used for? most players (myself included for a long while) thought that you can use a Mr. Johnson for getting gear be it magical or mundane, 'ware or drugs, armor or weapons. But as this is not the case, for example, not many people realize that Simon Andrews is capable of getting you Magical Gear, or that Juan Xihiutl is your best chance (outside of a char-gen 5-2 contact) of getting a wide assortment of gear.
-
Not a bad idea/suggestion. It will take a bit of effort to gather that information, so I can pretty well guarantee it won't be in the upcoming release. Of course, it might be more appropriate to make it a separate document altogether....I'll add that to my list...and consider the best way to present the information.

Where's Shadowhoof and Ezekiel Hochstetler? :)
-
Thanks for the catch, they've been added!

I totally gave Shadowhoof McCallister's commcode. I'm a terrible person.

Spoiler Alerts in that preview.

I think there's a warning for spoilers for exactly what you just pointed out. By reading some of the entries you can find out which NPCs are available as contacts and which missions they show up in.
I agree with the idea of this appendix, and fully support the idea that we should have the "uses" for the contacts as part of it, but it also might be good to have them all listed by "series" rather than specific mission numbers. Such as listing "Artholomew Johnson (Fixer), Connection 5 (CMP 2012, London Falling)" rather than the specific missions he shows up in.

As the next FAQ will be covering Chrome Flesh, is there likely to be any response to the dual Bioware Claw +1 Range bonus (P120 of Chrome Flesh) being applied to the standard Cyberweapons (Hand Razors, Hand Blade, Spurs)?
