Fenris and Kynos
Seeing the trolls and incapacitated ork retreat into the building, Kynos moved swiftly to scale the northeastern corner of the building and climb onto the fire escape. Slinging his weapon and scrambling for purchase on the wall, Kynos made it until he was about four meters from the edge of the fire escape. Fenris darted from his cover and followed immediately after, starting to scale the wall in order to access the fire escape, as well.
Soon, Kynos knew he would be eye level with and able to haul himself over the northern edge of the fire escape. And then he sees it, just a moment before it goes off. A grenade. An ominous green signal light kicked on the moment Kynos saw it, wedged between the exterior wall and the last strut of the fire escape still intact. Before Kynos even had time to shout a warning, it went off. Though he was still a good four meters off, flakes of wall, bits of fire escape and waves of heat still rained over Kynos as the metal stairs fell screeching to the ground, emitting a huge puff of dust into the air as it collapsed.
Robin
The ork, already wide-eyed and a fearful-looking, began to tremble with terror as Robin's spell took hold. It seems the Barrens gave this one some true mettle as its aura resisted, absorbing only a portion of the spell's energy. Still, it was enough to send the ork's knees visibly trembling.
"Frag. Frag. Mage! Mage! Southside!" He bellowed, opening fire with his AK-97. Bullets popped and pinged all around Robin, some reaching as far out into the street as he sprayed in a wide and frenzied arc. Death whizzed all around Robin as the ganger's panicked spraying narrowly missed him.
Hawkeye
It all happens so fast. But as she watches, she sees the dull and smoky flash of explosives detonating beneath the fire escape on the west side of the building, then a giant cloud of dust as the entire fire escape comes crashing to the ground. It obscures her view of Kynos, who was climbing the north side of the fire escape and might have been close enough to be caught in the blast. Fenris, however, is clearly outside of it, momentarily visible between plumes of dust, and lower down on the wall. The Toyato Gopher Hawkeye was keeping an eye on narrowly escapes the blast and the impact of the falling fire escape. Some wreckage slams into the bed of the pickup, and the shockwave causes it to visibly jump and vibrate, but it seems otherwise intact.
As soon as Hawkeye processes this, she also notices bullets colliding with the plasticrete boulders and the cracked asphalt outside the department store, sending up little puffs of dust themselves with each and every impact. Looks like Robin's taking fire, too.
