Where is the revised TM priority chart?
I thought it was in kill code, or the main book errata but couldn't find it in there.

It is in the Errata thread, which was marked as "Official," but the actual errata document produced by CGL has not been updated.

These fixes are in the "2018" Core Book Errata PDF and in print as of the 5th printing.

The number of skills is changed along with the number of complex forms in this errata (the linked post above only mentions complex forms).
