The first thing that leaps out at me is I question your definition of "tiny."

Body of 5, effective agility and strength of 8 does not bring to mind "petite" but rather "well Muscled"  She might be fairly short but I don't think anyone with rank 2 muscle replacement and the fitness to get body 5 will ever be "tiny."

Other than that, firearm/heavy weapons specialist seems fine.  the only suggestion I have is that unless you're fixed on having all 3 firearms options, you might consider swapping Con/Etiquette to automatics 6 and taking 5 in the Influence group.

I was thinking the same thing.

Maybe take 2 points from Bod (which is not needed for the MG) and instead put them into Wil or Cha

Maybe shift a point of Reaction over to Int.  Same Dodge/Initiative that way but takes away from the Physical & puts it into Mental/Guessing.

Would make for a bit more of a "tiny waif" feel at least.

used a mix of both suggestions.
dropped body 2 and raised wil 2
dropped reaction 1 and raised int 1
swapped firearms group for influence group and took the six points from negotiate and etiquette as 5 in automatics and 1 more in unarmed.

feels more like how i imagined it now. thanks!

any other suggestions?

Couple other things I might look at.

Your Burning Karma for Contacts.
Why not Drop 1 Logic for 5 Charisma
Supports the street waif uneducated background more & gives her some more contacts & use in Con/Etq.

The other thing I might do differently is the skills selections.

Automatics is probably the single best "weapon" skill as a "single" skill bar none.
But in your case you have Heavy Weapons for the MMG,  As such, for a 2nd skill, I might put serious thought into Pistols instead of Automatics.
It allows for some better concealment options as well as things like Tasers.

Next is the Influence Group.
As a Street Urchin,  I'm seeing things like Negotiation & Leadership as a bit outside of her "wheelhouse"
That said, the entire "Stealth" group seems like a good set of options for her.

So maybe invest in Stealth-Group-5 & then keep the Etiquette points to "blend"

I'd probably split the 36/5G into the following.

Group-Stealth-5
Con-1
Etiquette-6 / Street +2
Heavy Weapons-6 / Machine Guns +2
Pistols-6 / Semi Autos +2
Perception-6 / Visual +2
Unarmed Combat-6 / Cyber Implants +2

Burn 11 Karma for
Computer-1
Group-Athletics-1
Increase Con from 1 to 2

15 Contact Points
Fixer 5/2
Smuggler 2/4
St.Doc 1/1

Karma +25
+8 Uneducated
+5 Allergy/Mild
-10 Skills Above
-10 Home Ground
-10 Edge-2
-7 Cash

Finally, and this is just my way of looking at things.  I'd start her out with the Hermes Ikon for Comlink.
Its 1/2 the price of the Transys but only 1 grade lower, and it gives you some actual incentive to one day upgrade to the top end Fairlight that is too high for Chargen.

I have a hard time visualizing someone with a 6/8 strength even with the body reduced to 3 as tiny.  She is a peak human body builder.  Sure lets call it combat muscle so its not super bulky.  She is still heavily muscled to the point i can't see her as tiny.  Is the extra RC from strength that necessary? If the extra strength came from magic I can see it as not visible.  Maybe a mystake adept with a sustaining focus?  She could have 2/6 strength or maybe even 3/7 and still be tiny.  I suggest mystake adept over pure adept as the addition of sustaining focuses is pretty huge.  But hey that's just me, if your GM is cool with appearance not matching the stats or doesn't see strength as a visible enough trait to move her off tiny that's cool.

I think the issue is you can't haul around a MMG Rambo style w/o STR-8

What's the point of a silencer on a MMG? I mean, when you have to field a MACHINE GUN there is some serious battle is going to happen anyway. With grenades flying around and all that stuff. Put in on your MP instead, at least it makes more sense.

The ONLY point to it was that i really wanted the gun to be as tricked out as i could get it, just for the sake of it looking all complicated and whatnot.

As for the actual practical applications of a silencer on an MMG, i haven't a clue.
Perhaps from a couple blocks away, it might be harder to tell which direction the shooting is coming from?

Oh, if it was meant to make a gun look tacticool then it's solid. Check out a 'sling' accesory from Run'n'Gun too!

Maximum tacticool! (I don't have a book right now so I don't know if it is rules legal though. EDIT: Rules say that these two don't STACK so there are two options: either you only should have one of them, or you can have both but gain bonuses only from one at a time. I mean, come on! It's just a sling to carry your huge gun around, why WOULDN'T you have one? I'd allow that).

Dont know if its RAI but uneducated and the armoury/computer skills, doesnt mix too well.
I dont know if you paid double the cost for it? or if you took the RAW way and, paid the normal price (since uneducated doubles karma costs of all technical skills, but not skill points cost at char gen), Id check with my GM.

But kudos for making an elf HW specialist instead of the usual high strength metahuman:)

Oddly enough uneducated even penalizes animal handling and artisan skills :o
