Title: 6th world advertising
Post by: Chalkarts on <09-19-18/0952:54>
I envision ads in Shadowrun.  Today you can’t walk 2 feet in a major city without seeing a dozen ads on buses, benches, and buildings.  Why would Seattle 2075 be any different.

What slogans would you expect to see or have seen in the lit.

“Get the stuff to stuff your face at stuffer shack!”

”When the going gets tough, get DocWagon!”

What do ya got?

I think one of the most iconic product advertisements is NERPS!

"NERPS! whitens your teeth better than anything else on the market"
"Guarantee the biggest returns on your taxes with NERPS!"
"NERPS!, safe for pets of all sizes"

The important thing is to never, ever say what NERPS! is. Only what it can do and NERPS! can do everything.

That is awesome, had not noticed that and now totally need to integrate somehow.

I would like to see ads from EVO as they are mentioned as the company whose ads you see everywhere making you feel bad for not owning their latest upgrades. I imagine somthing like "EVO: Be more than Meta-human"

Horizon's "We Know What You Think" slogan is a meta-masterpiece for a dystopian, cyberpunk setting.
