I've been looking for 5 since last night. What page was the link on?

+1... spent way too much time looking for this last night - gotta know. Also wasn't able to locate where on Critical Hits the link was.

Congrats to the winner... you showed you have the superior decking skills in the Matrix. ;-)

Does anyone know how to tell the normal obstacles from the hard ones?  The rulebook refers to card backs, but the PDF files don't show the card backs. :)

Oh…good catch.

Hard Obstacles For Demo Deck:

Chromed Samurai
Armored Troopers
Knight Errant Field Agent
Drone Rigger
Spirit of Fire
Lightning Mage
Warded Decker
Security Chief

I'll put a note in the rulebook PDF for that.

Randall,   Would you post the file here temporarily while we wait for the approval on BGG?

Here are the rules (now including a sticky note for which Obstacles are Hard): http://cdn.shadowruntabletop.com/wp-content/uploads/ShadowrunCrossfire_DemoKitRulebook.pdf?4713c7

Here are all the cards: http://cdn.shadowruntabletop.com/wp-content/uploads/ShadowrunCrossfire_DemoKitCards.pdf?4713c7

Enjoy!

hey, just a question, are the pages 8 to 13 in cards all the black market cards? is there a pdf for the starting decks (with the 7 cards of each of the role/type), or we pick these from the cards in these pages? personnaly will use a std deck of cards for those starting decks (each suit being a type (clubs quickshot, hearts street smart, diamonds (IC) decking and spades for mana) if they werent included in those cards.

If you don't mind, how old is your son? My girls have had a lot of fun with the PFACG, and I'm hoping to introduce this to them over the summer...would be curious re any issues you might have had re with the game concepts.

Thanks

My son is 8 1/2; he is starting 3rd grade. A few years ago I stared playing cards games with him such as Blood Bowl Team Manager and LOTR LCG. The latter he needs lots of help, but BBTM is very easy because of the use of icons.  SR Crossfire similar use of icons really helps and is not a hard game to understand the rules, but knowing when to play what is the hard part, and what to buy. I help him with that and he really likes the look of the cards and the concept of the Street Samurai... surprise that an 8 year old boy likes a cybernetic samurai!! :)

edit: He also has MTG and Pokemon cards and is starting to understand MTG more now. He is also playing a beta account in Hex Shards of Fate.

Has anyone else printed up the pages?  I've discovered that if you print 1x of each page I come up short two Mark cards.

Not hard to fix but thought I point it out.  Only an issue in a 3p or 4p game.
