Shapeshifter Adept and the Improved Reflexes Power

Does the Shapeshifter bonus init stack with this adept power? Chummer seems to think it doesn't, but people in my gaming group tell me it does.

Not sure which one to believe (Since Ive had cases where either has been wrong)

it should stack as the bonus for shifter comes from their race not a magical or other augmentation
