Going through some of the others, I've seen ooc comments in the spoiler dropdowns, but check with the guy who's running and see if he likes that idea or not.

I think BigGuns has the right idea.  You can use either a spoiler dropdown or label it in some manner that we can all recognize as OoC, like making it a different color or something.
