If you are so inclined, the events of our Shadowrun Campaign 'Chaos War' are being posted to the Shadowrun Portland Portal on Obsidian Portals.

The first three runs are up:

Strange Nights

Poseidon Aqualogy

Bad Cop, No Donut

and a short vignette between Bad Cop, No Donut and the next run:

Of Course You Realize...

There are other short stories and vignettes on the adventure logs that follow the musings and happenings of characters involved in Shadowrun Portlands official Missions campaigns and a second Campaign, the Hellbats M.C.

Please read and as we post more tales from the Chaos War, I'll link them here.

If you like the stories, take a moment to favorite the portal page!

Rendering of Rollrgrrl as interpreted by Alecyl.

You can see the Teddy bear from 'Of Course You Realize...' and the sign for Bettie's Beer Before Breakfast from 'Caged Bird Sings'.

I envisioned Rollrgrrl as being slightly more bulky, bigger and rounder but I can't deny that I am quite pleased with it.

Ha. I'm the GM.  Was just digging through the fan fiction section when I saw Chaos War. I thought hey that  sounds familiar.

The next chapter of our Chaos War is up:

Gotta Have Faith

The Runners pick up from where 'Caged Bird Sings' left off, to finish the job that Deal's paid half up front for.  Enjoy.  And if you are reading these, favorite our portal :P

After the events of Gotta Have Faith, the team took some time to settle in.  Amongst other things, Rollrgrrl relocated her community, as seen in this vignette:

Coming Home

After settling comfortably into their digs, their next job is revealed and the Runners return to the place where it all started for them.

The Good Doctor

Enjoy!

It's been a minute, we all took a week off to GM at GameStorm in Vancouver WA.  It was a great time!

But last week, we finished another session, so the story is up.

First, a little aside from Desi, after finding Janet out indulging in her vices, she gets 'grounded' while the hacker sorts out what it means that an old enemy is back in the picture here in

Drama

And their latest fiasco, a straightforward shadow run with a sense of the familiar, as told from the perspective of Rollrgrrl:

TED 409

I apologize in advance for the absence of Doc Palmer in this run!

Some timing issues resulted in a session with only Desi and Doc Palmer's players being able to make it.  Preferring not to push the metaplot with so few of the regulars, Lighthouse ran this instead:

Get Fluffy.

So, just a little something before finding out what happens next with the increasingly antagonistic relationship with Leo McCaskill and his goons.

The snakebite is fake. It would take more than that to kill Old Man Henderson.

Another chapter of Chaos War is up.

Loose Ends, New Threads

In which our wayward band of murder hobos have some tidying up to do when they run across an old friend...

No, it's not Old Man Henderson... at least, not yet!

Thanks to everyone who's reading, feel free to leave comments wherever you may!

I present... uh... the 'Team'!!!

This was done by skulldixon and he will happily do a character sketch on cardstock in htis same style for $5 (plus postage) if you make a request at fiverr.

I love it, it totally captures the feel of the group, imo.

Meanwhile, the next chapter is up.  But first, a short vignette, as Rollrgrrl tries to take her skills to the next level:

Progress

And later, the team tries to work without their mojo while tracking down a mother and her son in:

Blood Magic Thicker

As you read the story, you'll note that the fact that the team doesn't have a name... a banner they can rally under.

They're having a hard time thinking of something appropriate so I'd like to know if anyone who follows the story would like to recommend a name for the group.

Thanks!
