Title: Trying to find something I read

Hey guys, maybe you could help me,  I'm trying to find a shadowrun story I read not that long ago (at least I don't think it was that long ago).  It was set in Chicago and followed an adept who rescued a young woman from becoming host to a queen insect spirit (wasp I think) and takes her under his wing.  I can't immediately find it here and I couldn't even begin to guess a search term on dumpshock so I figured I'd ask if anyone remembered where I would have found that and what it was called.

Thanks guys, hopefully I'll finish my short story at some point to post up here as a thank you
