Title: Royal Jelly

I'm pretty sure I read about Royal Jelly in a 5th edition era book, but I can't seem to find it now.  Anyone remember where the information might be?  (I seem to recall that it protected from FAB?  But wanted to remember what all was said, since I just let some into my game .... )

If my Noodle is working correctly, the last time I remember anything of detail on Royal jelly was in 4e Running Wild book...

But I am also away from my books ATM, so I can't double check.
